Who we are
Kinalo is operated by Apex Agent Labs, Inc. We provide enrollment, intake, and lifecycle communication software for health and wellness organizations. A customer may provide an additional privacy notice for its own care program.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Kinalo, we may collect contact details, intake responses, communication preferences, message delivery events, and technical information such as browser, device, and page activity. We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the service requested by you or the organization serving you.
How we use information
We use information to save and resume an intake, deliver requested email or text follow-up, support customers and patients, secure the service, measure service quality, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in records, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages and operate Kinalo on our behalf, subject to contractual restrictions on their use of the information.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact support@kinalo.health to ask about your information or communication preferences.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
