Terms for Kinalo intake and care follow-up text messages.

Program description
When you choose SMS follow-up, Kinalo may send automated text messages about an intake you started, a secure way to return, or support related to that intake. Message frequency varies based on the program and your activity.
Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or care. Entering a phone number alone does not opt you in. You opt in only when you select the SMS consent choice and submit it.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and mobile device.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to any Kinalo text to opt out. Reply START to opt back in after opting out. Reply HELP for help. You may also email support@kinalo.health.
Privacy and safe use
Review our privacy policy for how we handle mobile information. Text messages are not an emergency service. Do not send sensitive health details by text. If you need urgent medical help, contact an appropriate emergency service.
